Typical Mallorcan town house located in the center of Sa Pobla, next to the church of Sant Antoni Abad, in one of its pedestrian streets and a few meters from the Plaza Mayor.
The house which has been completely renovated has a floor area of 260 m². When it was restored the former structure and the traditional architectural features has been respected so that the original façade and the thick stone walls combine with the facilities of a current house.
Once completed the restoration process, this three-storey house has a modern look with wide open spaces, high ceilings and plenty of natural light.

Access to the house interior is via an impressive large gate, inside and opening a large glassed roof we are entering the great entrance hall of 25 m² and then separated from the entrance hall by a large arch is the living / dining room that opens up to the inner courtyard with pool.
Large modern fully equipped kitcheen with sitting room. The kitchen also has access to the courtyard. The living room and kitchen are connected through a hallway. On the ground floor there is also one of the double bedrooms with en suite. The entire ground floor has ceramic flooring.
The first floor consists in a living room, one bathroom with whirlpool, three double bedrooms, one of them with dressing room and bathroom en suite. The entire floor has floating flooring.
