Negative: Kirchen was not so well equipped. But the housekepper organized missing tools like a Mixer, bread Knife and big cooking pot for Spaghetti. The green was trimmed during our stay.

Positive: Everything was great - very good fit for 4-6 people. The house has everything you need and more. We enjoyed the pool, the bbq in the backyard, views from the balconies. The hosts - Dima and Katya - were very friendly and helpful. They fixed a minor maintenance issue that came up on a very short notice, and cleaned the house in the middle of our stay. We appreciated them a lot. Separate call out goes to ACs that were in every room and controlled separately, very nice setup that allows everyone in the group to be comfortable. The location allowed easy driving to both Petrovac and Budva for sightseeing, trips, groceries and restaurants.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The standard and cleanliness were very good facilities within the villa and grounds were excellent the quality of the fixtures were good. The Ananti hotel had a beautiful bar with stunning views

Negative: The swimming pool loungers were damaged and not very comfortable, the villa only had 4 outside chairs for the terrace so had to use the dining chairs which were not very comfortable so everyone could sit outside. It would have been good to have more information about the area like best beaches and places to eat nearby.

Summary: First stay in Montenegro and thought the country was beautiful

Positive: We loved the views up to the mountains and down to the sea! Very quiet and felt quite private despite us sharing a pool. Pool is amazing if your kids can swim - our girls (8 & 9) absolutely loved it. Villa is fantastic and has everything you'll need. The location is outside of the towns and away from shops so it's really relaxed but it's very easy to get everywhere along the coast from there. The staff and owner, Olga, were all very friendly and helpful.

Negative: No real issues but just to say the pool is great for swimmers but wouldn't be good for little children. You can't really walk anywhere so you'll need a car but you don't need to drive far to get to some beautiful beaches.

Summary: Fantastic Villa, Great Views and a Fab Pool!
