Summary: Food is excellent service is good

Summary: It is a condo. We got there and the place had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. The bed was not made, spoiled food in the frig and trash was not taken out. There was 2 towels and no hand towels or wash clothes. I called and left 4 messages for the rental company and did not get a call back until the next evening. I called Expedia and told them the problem, they got hold of someone, the cleaner showed up at 7:30 that night and took all the dirty linens and emptied the trash. The cleaning lady was very nice and apologized. She stated the rental company did not tell her the previous tenant had left. She came back the the next day and cleaned, brought fresh towels, The rental company is very hard to deal with. They charge $150 cleaning fee which would have been fine if the condo was clean when we got there. We paid the rent and cleaning deposit to Expedia but then the rental company wanted another $450 deposit paid to them.

Summary: Wasn’t too happy with the fact that when I ori-ially made reservations, right aterwards I found out that my 93-yr-old mom, who'd be traveling with me, would be having dialysis on Friday, October 14rh, so we we wouldn't ,arrive until Saturday, the 15th,, and could only stay 1 night. I tried to cancel but was told I would still have to pay for the rooe, and also possibly still needed to pay $168 cleaning fee. Also, rhe contract I signed shows cleaning fee is $150, I'm due a refund of $18 there too. I'm not happy about the situation at all!
