Summary: Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. One restaurant is less than a block away. We appreciated the use of the golf cart for some evening rides. Furnishings are acceptable, and both beds are comfortable. The outdoor furniture in the back was disappointing. (2 worn chairs) The screened in patio was nice, but again, lacking in seating if you had several folks visit. There's a nice patio table set in the front, but basically unusable in the winter with no sun. The dining table has only 4 chairs, so we couldn't entertain with more than 1 couple and ourselves. Bedding and towels provided are excellent. We appreciated the supplies provided, such as tissue, paper towels, soaps, toilet paper, etc. We would rather have had a toaster, than the toaster oven. Also lacking were a can opener, a flipper, mixing bowls, a mixer, and a larger size frying pan. The Ninja smoothie maker was good for smoothies, but there were times I wish I had a blender or at least a hand mixer. The weakest area is that there's only 1 TV. And it's on ROKU. Horrible option. The tiny TV in the bedroom is for DVDs only. 😒 We had to sign up and pay for YouTube so we could get local news and stations that we wanted, such as Golf channel, NBC, ESPN, Food network, and many more. Great being on a golf course! But it's private, so we had to drive to other courses.

Summary: There are so many great things about this property! Plenty of room - rooms are more spacious than they look in the pictures. Kitchen is very well stocked as are the bathrooms. Did not have to buy anything but food to make fancy Christmas dinner and brunch! Appliances are upgraded, from the laundry room to the kitchen. Extra bonus is use of a golf cart which is appropriate to the area. Master bed was VERY comfortable and this is usually an issue for me as I have a bad back. There are some nice systems in the home but we were not sure how to work everything and didn’t want to spend time reading the manuals that were thoughtfully left. Not overly decorated (in a good way) and very easy to feel at ease in this home. The two recliners in the living room were especially nice! Overall, a great family holiday! Very appreciative of the value of this property!
