Summary: Breakfast was lacking. Had to track someone down for plates and napkins. No syrup one hour before breakfast closed. Oatmeal was mostly water, no one wanted to fix it. Facilities were very clean.

Summary: Check in clerk was not personable or welcoming. After checking in as we were walking to the elevator to go up to our room there was a trail of something sticky spilled on the floor that went from the check in desk down the hall and into the elevator. The floor was so sticky I told the guy at the check in desk and he just said ok. 15 hours later when we came down for breakfast the sticky trail was still there on the floor and a housekeeping cart was parked right next to part of the sticky mess. One of the elevators was extremely loud as it stopped on the desired floor it would make a grinding noise for approximately 45 seconds before settling and the doors opening. The pool door was very hard to get in and so we didn’t figure out that the handle was on upside down until it was time to check out from our 2day stay. The last night we stayed there was a huge wedding party that was staying at the hotel and they were loud and partying on two of the floors all night long, racing in the parking lot and rummaging through the fridge with items for sale and taking the food and drinks to their rooms slamming the doors repeatedly and playing their music loud all night until 7am. The night desk clerk was not around to assist other guest being disturbed by the party and the guest service phone number was not working properly.
