Positive: The location of the property is great and the hotel was generally quiet.

Negative: Please monitor your accounts if you stay at this location. I have been charged four separate times for my most recent stay here. I was charged once online, once at check in and two other times over a week after my one night stay. I’ve had to called repeatedly for refunds and have only been refunded a fraction of what I should have been for my one night stay.

Positive: The kitchenette, the breakfast offered different types of eggs, ham, warm oatmeal, instant cereals, different types of bread/bagels, yogurt, whole apples, bananas and oranges, different fat content milk, variety of creamers, teas, 1 type of coffee. The hotel is new. Everything looked clean. Michael, at the front desk, in the morning when we checked out, was very friendly.

Negative: I reserved a room with a king size bed and a sofa, and got a queen bed, with no sofa. Made the reservation 20 days in advance asking for a room not facing the highway, and was assigned one facing the highway. When I asked to be changed, I was told there weren’t any other rooms available because the hotel was full. The hotel was below 30 percent capacity. After a few minutes, when I was back at the original room, I was called and offered a room NOT facing the highway, but it was still a QUEEN bed, not KING. At the breakfast area, there was no hot water to make tea.
