Positive: Property is located not far off of the interstate and is also located directly across from a major shopping center. The traffic can be pretty hectic with the shopping center there, but it was quiet in the hotel.

Negative: The rooms are very small for a suite.

Summary: Comfortable stay. The outdoor pool and hot tub are amazing so take advantage of them.

Positive: Price, location and cleanliness plus free breakfast and great friendly staff from front desk to breakfast area

Negative: The shower is not as strong as I want it to be, some mold on the sides of the shower caulking, also need to clean the water drain in shower as water was accumulating too much while taking a shower which is unhygienic ( was a bit clogged up ) The restaurant could use stronger coffee. The one we had was too watered down it lacks flavor.

Summary: for the price we pay it was a great value especially the free breakfast.

Positive: Great new and clean hotel, spacious rooms, staff very friendly and accommodating. Close to Tempe downtown and across the street from a big shopping center with restaurants. Very nice poolside with fireplaces

Negative: We booked a room with a king bed and an open up sofa bed. The AC unit in the room is designed in a way that it is impossible to open up the sofa bed. Staff was very helpful and we were able to change the rooms
