Positive: TownPlace Suites in Sydney Ohio was an ideal facility for my needs. It was very clean, the staff was outstanding, the bed comfortable and the rooms soundproof. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Positive: The breakfast was delicious!

Negative: We had to clean the tile floor in are room when we got there was dirty! And we had a problem with the toilet flashing, my husband had to get a plunger, to unclog the toilet from last person who stayed there. And the kids across the hall kept on disturbing are dog! Everytimethey walked by, scratching or bumping the door to make him bark. We had a car issue, I had checked with front desk to make sure it would be okay if we left the dog why we got our car service and they said it's absolutely OK. We were gone a little longer than expected. When we got back, we were locked out of our room. Went to the front desk and they said we have to pay a $20 service fee for the dog which wasn't even mentioned when we checked in, and they said it was a mistake from the lady who checked us in. I even asked her at the front desk. When we checked in. Are you sure there's not a fee for the dog? And she said no. Because I have a service dog. We Were already there, Thursday and Friday evening. Then they told us Saturday, we had. To pay the $20 or we can't get into our room. That was horrible That manger lady on Saturday, was very rude, yelling at me about my server dog staying there!
