Summary: Filthy kitchen items utensils. Given plastic forks and spoons to replace cooking utensils if needed. Dirty and liquid damaged pre packaged tissue. Told I was getting room with full stove several times and did not. Filthy messes, spills and debris in both elevators that were there for 3 days straight. Smell / stench of not so good smells through hallways and inside the elevator. No trash bags in trash can, just used my own. Had to use my own bleach and cleaning spray to clean room / bathroom. Carpet not vacuumed. Luggage carts had busted wheels. Day by day anything that could go wrong kind of did. No manager on site and staff had no idea when she would be back for 3 days straight or at least that’s what I was told. Each day I was told she would be there in the morning, I’d call to reach out and was told they didn’t know or the same false information that she would be there following morning by 7 - 9 am. I Used to book here often back in 2021-2022 so I figured why not and I got my answers why I shouldn’t have. Taken them off of my lists of places to stay and reccommend to others. It was My Spouses Birthday weekend and I had several hiccups throughout my stay. Maybe I’m used to more upscale hotels I guess but never again.

Summary: The rooms had everything you would need and spacious, that’s more comfortable. Staff was eager to meet your needs good location because of accessibility to freeway and side roads what I did not like was the breakfast I would prefer a restaurant or the ability for them to make the food there instead of premade food. You can tell that it was not freshly made. They did have fruit options along with breads which was the safer route. If you’re gluten free, you may have one other option besides fruit. The expense to Park is always a con in my eyes. I try to avoid whenever possible. I think it’s just ridiculous to have to pay to park. We were here for almost 2 weeks. They did a great job at freshening up/cleaning our room and providing towels, etc.. overall it met our needs being a suite that had a nice size refrigerator the ability to cook, microwave, and even a dishwasher. As well as a nice size table to sit at. The staff was courteous and respectful.
