Summary: The staff at the hotel was superb. Very helpful & extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent, especially the oatmeal with all the fixin’s.

Summary: Hotel was OK. The suites are very nice for a family with kids. Only thing to complain about was the provided breakfast on a Saturday morning was poorly stocked. Had to wait close to a half hour to get a bagel to make an egg sandwich.

Summary: Hotel was nice a slight sticky spot at entrance to room and the area where food is for breakfast is small. Food is good which they had another waffle iron but there really isn’t room for one.

Summary: Had some issues with check-in and was initially ignored and told that the room we had booked was not available and it was not the hotels problem or Expedia‘s problem. Wrote a review on Google about the issues of two grown men being forced to share a king bed when we had booked to Queens, and two days later, the general manager moved them to an appropriate room. Nice hotel, just some difficult staff and poor property room planning.
