Summary: four night stay. no service on the room. had to call for clean towels twice. did not replenish coffee. asked for trash removal said they had no extra trash bags. room condition was poor for a newer hotel, hole in the wall in bathroom, shower door handles falling off. AC thermostat battery was low but they had no extra batteries. all that said, breakfast service was good, welcomed us nicely when we checked in, shared some running routes with spouse who was training for marathon. just a very mixed visit from usually quality hotels.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed a clean and comfortable stay. Nothing exceptional but nothing bad. Had everything we needed including a good breakfast (though ends at 9). Beds and pillows were comfortable. Easy to see how the kitchen and closet organizers would be perfect for a long stay. Showing some wear and tear like scuffed walls. Were a few crumbs on the floor and a couple hairs in the bathroom but otherwise clean. Would recommend, especially for a long stay.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast area is large. I have yet to find a staff member twho hasn't been friendly and super helpful. The only suggestions I have for improvement are: * update towels. They are currently thin and scratchy. * add a light source at the desk area in the rooms.

Summary: Excellent property for a visit. Friendly and helpful staff. CLEAN rooms and facility. Breakfast was fantastic...make your own waffle plus much more. Large sitting area outside with a small fire pit, very nice. Walking distance to several fast food establishments and restaurants as well as the MetroMart for groceries. PERFECT location for Oconomowoc!!!
