Summary: Room only cleaned every other day. Small gym is useful Breakfast is good with real cutter use. But after first day only had plastic cutlery and paper plates.

Summary: Perfect room and experience. Extremely clean room and well laid out. Good location next to restaurants and staff was friendly and courteous. Spent a week and a half on the road and this was far and away best place. Highly recommend.

Summary: The gentleman that checked me in was an absolute delight and so friendly. He let me know about breakfast and everything i needed to know. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Summary: Courteous; staff were friendly, helpful, kind and accommodating Comfortable: the bed was great, the temperature was great, the seating options were great. Clean: absolutely no complaints. Didn't see a stain anywhere. Even the gym was clean. Convenient: the location near Lincoln Alexander Pkwy made it easy to get around time and out of town. There were restaurants and coffeeshops nearby, if needed. The breakfast was robust and there were lots of choices, my personal favorites were the espresso drinks. The in-room kitchenette was super helpful for stashing snacks and leftovers, and we enjoyed the all-day availability of water, tea and coffee. This isn't your best choice if you're looking for a resort experience, because the outdoor area is uninspiring, but overall this place delivers a lot of bang for your buck.

Summary: TownPlace Suites is in the perfect location if you are there to see the Sites. Places to eat are in walking distance and it is very easy access off of the main Hwy routes. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We really liked it here and would definitely return. . The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was superb. However , the maid never came to freshen our room even once in our three day stay.
