Positive: It’s a very convenient location. Very friendly staff and clean hotel.

Negative: The water pressure in room 109 was horrible in the sink. Very little water came out, which made it more difficult to wash your face and brush your teeth. The next day, I will ask that I not be put on the first floor near the hotel lobby. It is very, very noisy in room 109 if people are hanging out in the lobby, especially later in the evening.

Positive: Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Restaurant and bar across the street was convenient and nice.

Negative: Shower pressure wasn’t great and bathtub drained very slow. We had paid for the room ahead but debit card was charged at check in for a deposit. That’s fine but it was $22 and odd cents and it has not been removed from my account. There is no reason it should not be returned.

Summary: It was fine. We were only there 1 night and basically just to sleep.

Positive: I enjoyed all the features of the room and it felt like a nice getaway place. I also enjoyed that it was on the outskirts of Columbia verses in the city.

Negative: At times the WIFI TV struggled to work smoothly during ADs on the YouTube app.

Summary: Overall my stay was amazing!

Positive: The staff was awesome, and they had our rooms ready even though we got in super late and were so kind to our dogs as well. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling with dogs.
