Summary: They have made poor decisions on breakfast. Removed biscuits and gravy or eggs and bacon or sausage. McDonalds serves better. Removed second waffle machine. This causes backup with people waiting in line. There was no creamer only milk or half and half. They used to serve flavored creamer. They moved breakfast to 6:30 a.m and that causes a rush when people are heading out for their work. For example they had sausage or a crousant sandwich with ham. Nothing to go with the sausage. 1 of 2 Elevators were out of order. This used to be top notch, but we will stay elsewhere next trip. We have made Town Place Suites our home in the past, but cost-cutting has caused deterioration.

Summary: Kaylee and Hattie were so kind a courteous during our stay, great staff. Justin the GM was off during our stay this time but we always enjoy seeing him when we stay in Big Spring, he is the best 🙌. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the gluten free blue berry muffins they had! ☺️

Summary: Staff was incredible. Room was spotless. Needed a mini sewing kit and they definitely had them on hand. Breakfast was excellent, loved that they had a flavored waffle option rather than the basic. Overall wonderful stay.
