Summary: Room was about what I expected for the price. A/C unit was loud but worked ok. The room was clean except for the floor which was filthy.

Summary: Rooms had been remodeled, but very poorly. The AC unit in the room was set at 68 but wouldn't stay running for more than a few minutes before shutting off. It would come back on soon, but not running like it should and never got cold in the room. The remote to the TV didn't have a back on it. No big deal, but the battery was slightly sticking out. I shoved it in to get connection. As I was flipping through the channels, it started getting so hot in my hand that I had to lay it down. The knew it was like that because they had stuck something behind battery to keep it from staying in. Fire hazard for sure.

Summary: The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The air conditioning worked well, although since it was a box unit it was somewhat noisy during the night when it would kick on. It was unfortunate that there were other guests who were smoking weed, but luckily the clean smell of my room prevented me from smelling it in the room.

Summary: Everything was great, room was clean, everything worked. Sweetest staff I've ever met. Definitely my new go to for Sylacauga.

Summary: This place is neat and comfortable. Everything was excellent. The only thing I would say needs a little improvement is how the office smells. The smell is so strong as soon as you walk in but apart from that, the environment, room, and services were amazing!
