Positive: It was a lovely place to stay and central for our requirements. Rooms all comfortable large bathroom.

Negative: The shower tray needs to be looked at I do know we were advised of the issue however my husband has dementia so kept forgetting so we had a leak on one night.

Positive: We had a nice time, very good location, near to many attractions like Dundee, Stirling castle, Edinburgh, St Andrews and more. House is very comfortable and clean with everything what we needed. Very quiet place. Near shop, Chinese take away, Lindores Abbey Distillery and public park. Highly recommended!!

Positive: Great location Convenient to high street shops, pubs and take away Comfy beds and spacious bedrooms. Shower.

Negative: Wi-Fi patchy and didn’t work upstairs most of the time The lounge/diner is small and a bit squashy making it difficult for four sizeable adults to get cozy in front of the tv.

Summary: We were visiting family over Christmas. This was a great property for our needs and would return.

Positive: Everything about this property is fantastic! The house is absolutely stunning and all instructions to find the house were spot on. The rooms are big and beautifully decorated, Our puppy really enjoyed the stair case! The booklet provided with ideas about things locally as well as different instructions was so helpful! We hope to stay here again as it was such a lovely stay!

Positive: The apartment had all items you would need while travelling especially the washing machine. The apartment was very clean and all appliances working. The location of the unit to the Main Street was an advantage also for shopping.

Negative: We had a little difficulty in locating the place as there were two streets with the same name only one was a terrace. The navigation took us to the upper address and we had to check with a local where to go. Other than that no complaints.

Summary: Great apartment in a small quiet village. All clean, tidy with the amenities you would need.
