Positive: En suite room with kettle and fridge was what I needed and what I got. Off road free parking. Comfy bed and nice pillows.

Negative: TV noise from downstairs woke me up one morning at about 6.50am. The shower was incredibly noisy, I thought it was broken at first!! I was wrong, it worked well.

Positive: We liked the fact that the owners live in the property (although we didn't meet them) It felt tucked away and secure. We slept very well and the room and ensuite was immaculately clean. On site car parking is a must for us as we're travelling long distances and arriving late and weary We very much liked the fact that there was a microwave, kettle and fridge with fresh milk in! The curtains provided good light exclusion and the double glazing meant the room was quiet once windows were shut. The owner was out but had made arrangements for someone to let us in and show us our room We would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to all concerned We would definitely stay again

Negative: We hunted for plates or bowls but although there were mugs, knives forks and spoons there was nothing to put food in or on. We figured perhaps someone had washed them up and forgot to return them? It was ideal for overnight but there being no "public space" such as a sitting area or garden meant we would not choose it for a longer stay

Positive: Lovely older home with modernized basic rooms. Narrow lane up to the place and tight parking but the hosts were great, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed and gave us some good dining recommendations.
