Positive: Gorgeous building, excellent refurbishment, comfortable, everything we needed. Elderly parents slept well & enjoyed their stay, my brother loved the tower bedroom.

Negative: Just a couple of niggles, quite a few cobwebs, shower screen didn't look clean. I was on one of the single beds, I had to pinch the empty beds pillow, a spare pillow option in the wardrobe could be helpful. The blind in the tower bedroom doesn't work & the velux blind up there apparantly decided to open again around midnight both nights!

Positive: Unusual building, clearly a lot of money has been spent on the renovation. All on one level except second bedroom, which suited us as we had elderly parents with us.

Negative: The chairs around the dining room table were not comfortable, the sofas were also not very relaxing and wouldn’t have been enough room had 6 people been staying. The side gate was awkward to open as there was no latch on the outside, luckily my partner was tall enough to be able to reach over and open it, otherwise you would enter and exit the property through the downstairs bedroom.

Summary: Interesting, quirky, suited our needs, but a bit if a walk to any amenities and beach.
