Positive: The location, parking, and overall apartment layout are wonderful.

Negative: The washer/dryer is fine for washing, but doesn't work as a dryer. We finally gave up and air dried our clothes. The WiFi was unreliable. It get disappearing. The kitchen faucet is very loose; it needs fixing.

Positive: Loved the location and the ability to see the ocean from the balcony. The home is beautiful and very clean.

Negative: Would have liked a heads up about construction during our stay. Some days were pretty loud but, the guys working were very respectful and have a job to do which we understood.

Summary: It was a wonderful time, we loved staying here and cannot wait to come back!

Positive: Beautiful location, clean and elegant.

Negative: They rented the space upstairs to a family of at least 8 people. The kids were running across the floors so loud and dragging chairs across the floor. At one point I was on the patio enjoying the waves and the kids pushed the screen out of the window which dropped on my head. The ceiling fixtures were shaking and really ruined my stay. This was not the fault of the management as I doubt they knew that many people rented the unit.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful place.
