Positive: The location is fantastic. The rooms are well made up and comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Log burner is lovely, bathrooms clean. Sea views from top bedroom.

Negative: I would say the sofa and chairs in sitting room could do with an update and the twin beds are a little small for average size person.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay. Loved the location. Would stay again.

Positive: The location is fabulous, especially on bonfire night. Lots to do in Yarmouth.

Negative: It's hard to think of anything I would complain about ... if anything, the twin beds are a bit narrow for adults but they were comfortable and suited the size of the room.

Summary: Cosy, attractive cottage in a great little town.

Negative: Not sure it could be improved. Loved it all. Will be back with my family next time.

Positive: Charming cottage, full of character and features. Bedroom on the 2nd floor with great balcony. Superb location right in the centre of Yarmouth. The cottage has a very relaxing feel to it and is very comfortable throughout.

Negative: The very steep spiral staircase might be an issue if you have mobility issues. However, you know exactly what you're getting if you look at Tovah online and it is a fabulous feature.

Positive: The property was so full of character - we loved that it was Elizabethan and still had original features. I loved the spiral staircase that lead to my bedroom in the eaves with the fabulous balcony and sea views! Also the owners were so friendly and helpful - it was so nice to get to meet them.

Summary: We had a brilliant time on the IOW - made extra special by the quirkiness of the house!
