Unique little haven tucked away on top of a beautiful hill overlooking Downtown Nashville & Nashville country side.
Have the quietness of suburban life & the city life Nashville has to offer. For a night on the town it’s only a short 20 minutes drive to downtown, for a little quieter night take a 15 to 20 minute drive to the beautiful Historical downtown of Franklin or Leapiers Fork.
If you’d rather a quiet night in The BoChic’s got you covered. Anything you could possibly need or want is w/in 5 mins.
The space
Please Note: This is a Duplex, the rental unit is the front part of the Condo and is a private space. However we do live on the other side of the property and are connected by a wall & exterior French Doors (they are always locked/secured by an alarm system). We do share the same vent system, so we have a VERY STRICT No Smoking/Vaping/No Marijuana or partying policy for this rental. I am Allergic to smoke, and we unfortunately will smell it. If broken your reservation will automatically be cancelled with an additional fine.
Guest at The BoChic Retreat will have access to a spacious living room/music room, a bathroom & a downstairs bedroom. It also offer an upstairs spacious loft, where you will find a small kitchenette (Small frig, Microwave, Coffee Maker, small dinning table, loveseat).
You will also have full access to the full front porch that has some of the most breathtaking sunset/sunrises you will ever see.

Summary: I will make sure next time that I am not staying on someone’s other half of house.. I felt restricted and had to be quiet. And there was not a kitchen. A mini fridge and non working “sink” was not what I am used to.

Summary: It was a very pleasant experience. Everything was as advertised, and the owners were very responsive to questions or concerns. Nice quiet spot fifteen-twenty minutes from downtown. Enjoyed our stay there.

Summary: Property was very clean. Great location from downtown. Only about a $20 Uber to anywhere you want to go. Check in process was super easy. I would recommend this property to anyone

Summary: We attended CMA Fest for 4 days straight. The property and the accommodations were fantastic. The communication with the owner was excellent. She messaged us to make sure our stay was going well and stated if we needed to just ask. Highly recommend this property!!

Summary: We had an excellent time here and would highly recommend it to someone looking to explore Nashville, a quick distance till city center yet close to the beautiful wineries of Nashville’s country side as well. The bo chic itself was very inviting and a great atmosphere, comfortable, and good ac which is a must in the Nashville heat!
