Positive: The service was very good and I would like to quote Mr. Bahaa and Mr. Faycal from the reservation team, all the reception team, Snoussi and Adel from the restaurant and many others. Despite being fully booked, the food quality and availability was exceptional. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. Also despite being fully booked there was always available and comfortable places around the pools. The infinity pool with its great view had sea water circulation. Well done to all and a special mention to the management team for keeping such level of service.

Positive: Well appointed hotel with facilities and comfortable room. Food was good for a buffet. Friendly staff.

Negative: A heated outdoor pool would be nice but I know it’s not the usual in Tunisia.

Positive: Whilst its listed as a 5 star you need to temper your expectations, as it certainly doesnt have a 5 star finish to the place. That being said its still fantastic value for money. The staff were certainly 5 star. Everyone, front desk, currency exchange, bars, restaurants and cleaners were a credit to the hotel. The food selection was excellent, I cant understand anyone who complains, as there's so much to choose from, so many live stations, and it changes daily. I ended up in a partial sea view room, it was nice and big, comfortable bed, nice balcony, and a view of the lovely gardens. I didnt drink much alcohol but they did have named brand spirits, again fantastic selection of drinks. The gardens and beach front are beautiful.

Negative: I changed room twice on arrival, both rooms had balcony doors that didn't lock. The 3rd room I settled in also had issues, the safe didn't work, there was no kettle despite providing coffee sachets, not sure what I was to do with them. The "mini bar" was an empty fridge, they need to amend this listing as they certainly don't stock mini bars. The TV didn't always work and the WiFi was patchy at times, I bought a sim so had that as backup. The fixtures and fitting around the room and indeed the hotel are dated and in need of repair, but I find in Africa this is common, even with "5 star" hotels.
