Positive: Location was super convenient. Host/owner was very friendly and pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Nice that the 2nd bed was in a separate room. The room seemed to be quite soundproof.

Negative: The room was very small. The shower was very small/cramped. The bathroom was very small - you could barely get the door open past the toilet.

Summary: It was a decent value for the money.
