Summary: Our stay was wonderful. We were four, 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 10) and we loved the apartment. Eric was a wonderful host and was very accommodating to our schedule of arrival to the apartment. Everything was in great condition (first rental ever with a nonstick pan that is still nonstick!) and many essentials were available such as coffee, oil, paper towels and anything we needed. I cannot recommend enough. Location is very convenient, close to metro and bus. The street is very quiet yet there are grocery stores and a bakery nearby. If we ever go back to Toulouse we will certainly repeat.
