Positive: The property is situated in a beautiful scenic location. Spacious and secluded .

Negative: Didn’t like all the stairs , didn’t like the lack of staff available. Didn’t like no information book on what the premises have to offer. Water tasted off. Water was yellowish in the bathtub.

Summary: Beautiful scenery, needed to feel a part of the resort more .

Positive: We had an amazing experience at Touchstone Resort! . Everything was just perfect. Our one-bedroom suite was amazing, especially with the breathtaking sunrise view right from our room. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and gave us the relaxing Muskoka getaway we were looking for. We also loved the easy beach access, which made it even more enjoyable — the perfect spot to unwind and take in the natural beauty around us. The resort itself is stunning, and the service made us feel well taken care of. Would definitely recommend Touchstone to anyone looking for a peaceful and refreshing escape in Muskoka!

Negative: We had an amazing experience at Touchstone Resort! When we first arrived, we were given our room but noticed it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We informed the staff, and they immediately sent someone to take care of it. The situation was handled so quickly and professionally that it didn’t affect our stay at all

Positive: Loved the 2 bedroom Lakeview room. Extremely clean inside. Very comfortable beds! Kitchen has everything you need. Also, nice to have a washer and dryer. View was absolutely amazing!! Infinity pool was awesome! Also, great exercise room! Loved going to the spa for a facial. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Sitting down by the Lake was beautiful and peaceful. Restaurant, Touchstone Grill, was AMAZING! Food was absolutely wonderful!!

Negative: I was a bit bummed that the pool by the lake was closed. Outside patio areas attached to villas needed to be power washed. Would have liked to see Bob's Boathouse bar open. It looked a bit abandoned.
