Positive: The view from our room was stunning. The restaurant food was amazing! Very peaceful resort. Not alot to do in the Fall ... would have been nice to have an indoor pool but other than that the room was perfect!

Negative: We had an excellent, relaxing time ... only issue was that I wanted to book a massage and nothing was available. We checked in at 3:00 and went straight to the spa to check availability. The person at the front desk said there was no availability that day and that they closed at 5:00. There didn't seem to be anyone in any of the rooms at that time, all rooms' doors were open and no one was inside. Since there was still 2 hours til close, we wondered why we couldn't be booked within those 2 hours but he said "no, we don't have anything available and we're closed on Sundays and Mondays", I thought it was strange that it would be closed on a sunday being that most people book getaways on weekends. Maybe just a little suggestion would be to have the spa open on Sundays for those would check in on Saturday and only stay for the night.

Positive: Really nice resort at a great location, and the views (from both our room and from the docks) were excellent. Good facilities with very calming atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating staff - really appreciated. Steam room and dry sauna were superb. Very close to the town of Bracebridge.

Negative: Bed mattress needs replacement - it was lumpy, although we did have good sleep. Walk-in shower is too small/narrow. Many years ago, your main restaurant offered five star menus. This time, although the food was good, it wasn't memorable - not a complaint, but somewhat disappointing.

Summary: We had a wonderful time, and we would definitely be returning.

Positive: The property is situated in a beautiful scenic location. Spacious and secluded .

Negative: Didn’t like all the stairs , didn’t like the lack of staff available. Didn’t like no information book on what the premises have to offer. Water tasted off. Water was yellowish in the bathtub.

Summary: Beautiful scenery, needed to feel a part of the resort more .

Positive: We had an amazing experience at Touchstone Resort! . Everything was just perfect. Our one-bedroom suite was amazing, especially with the breathtaking sunrise view right from our room. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and gave us the relaxing Muskoka getaway we were looking for. We also loved the easy beach access, which made it even more enjoyable — the perfect spot to unwind and take in the natural beauty around us. The resort itself is stunning, and the service made us feel well taken care of. Would definitely recommend Touchstone to anyone looking for a peaceful and refreshing escape in Muskoka!

Negative: We had an amazing experience at Touchstone Resort! When we first arrived, we were given our room but noticed it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We informed the staff, and they immediately sent someone to take care of it. The situation was handled so quickly and professionally that it didn’t affect our stay at all
