Toscano on Olive offers the ultimate city central luxury accommodation. Three bedrooms. Two with queen beds and one with two single beds. Fold out queen size sofa bed in open living area.
Toscano boasts a fully equip kitchen with dishwasher , microwave, gas cooktop and fan forced oven. Large pantry and stainless steel refrigerator. All brand new cooking utensils, pots and pans, crockery, glass wear and cutlery. Large kitchen table made from recycled timber that easily seats 8 persons. Black comfy leather chairs and long recycled timber bench seat makes dining at Toscano heaven.
Our town house has brand new comfy beds and all white bed linen supplied. Every person is catered for with two pillows each and soft fluffy white towels in the bathrooms.
Toscano has two bathrooms. One off the main bedroom with shower, toilet and basin with ample bench space. The second bathroom has a full bath, shower and basin. The powder room has toilet ,basin and also loads of bench space. All bathrooms and powder rooms have large mirrors. The two bath rooms have tastic lighting with heating and fans.
Toscano's kitchen, dining and lounge room are all one large space at the rear of the building overlooking manicured back yard with BBQ and outdoor setting.
There is rear lane access for 2 cars with remote control door. Your car will be safe and sound.

CHECK OUT OUR ABSOLUTE CENTRAL LOCATION ON THE MAP. PARK THE CAR OR FLY INTO TOWN. Mildura's famous feast street is only 200 meters from your door. Just walk out to enjoy what the many varied restaurants have to offer. Go shopping in the local precinct. Stop for coffee. Walk along the banks of the Murray river or take the children to the huge play park just 100 meters away.
You may be in town for water sports... the Murray river is at your door step for water skiing, paddle boat cruises or just getting your feet wet.
You may not want to leave Toscano, with reverse cycle air-conditioning, heavenly soft luxurious beds and T.V, DVD, IPOD dock and CD player at your fingertips.

Rates advertised are based on 2 persons @ $195.00. 2 adults using one bedroom.
Additional charges apply for separate bedrooms and additional guests.
Extra guests $50.00 per night.
If 1 guest requires the master bedroom and the second person requires another bedroom then there is an extra charge of $50.00 per night. If 3 guests all require a bedroom each then the cost is based on the first person $195.00 then the other 2 costing $50.00 per person per night.

Summary: Have stayed with this property twice, good location, clean, spacious meets all your needs not a cheap property but was worth it. Unfortunately when we arrived tried to turn on bedside lamp, it didn’t work and upon inspection it was unplugged, I plugged it in and tried to turn it on. Sparks flew and the head of the lamp fell off. It had been strategically placed to look like it worked. I’m now being stung for the replacement, but either the cleaner knocked it or didn’t do their job and clean the bedside before my stay. This is a very tall and sturdy lamp not the type that you could easily break. Very disappointed that the owner has just taken the money out of my account without permission and totally disregarded my experience.

Summary: This is a lovely place to stay in Mildura. Seamless check-in process after helpful communication from owner. The property is extremely clean with comfortable beds and excellent facilities. It is walking distance to riverfront and cafes and restaurants. It is also quiet and has secure parking.
