Positive: We loved the big rooms, the comfortable beds, the large shower. The aircon was much needed as we had two 40 degree days, and it worked very well. The wifi worked well too, across areas of the house and gardens/pool. The pool was great too. Gabriela welcomed us with iced coffees, gave us a wonderful breakfast and also offered us a paid for evening meal option, which was delicious and great value for money. Gabriela is a wonderful host, going out of her way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. She also allowed me to stay on late the following day (on check out), so that I could use the pool and room until I had to leave for an evening flight. Of course I paid extra for this convenience. Gabriela also offered a local car to take me to the airport in the evening (at a cost of 100 Lei).

Negative: There is nothing about the accommodation that we didn't like, however I would just give a word of warning from anyone travelling from outside Romania, as this is a problem I came up against at other accommodation. We believed we were booking a 2 bedroom apartment, this wasn't the case, it was one double room with a sofa bed in a small joining lounge area. We would have been happy with one of us on the sofa bed, however this wasn't acceptable to Gabriela, so we had to take the two bedrooms, which were still sharing the joining lounge and access door. The second bedroom didn't have air-conditioning, there was one machine in the first bedroom. Obviously this made for a more comfortable stay, however it came at a considerable difference in cost.

Summary: We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Romania.

Positive: Breakfast was lovely out by the pool surrounded by beautiful trees. Gabriela and her sister shared some delicious homemade treats along with the delicious eggs, cheese, meat, toast and vegetables.

Summary: We felt like we were in Tuscany!

Positive: A lot of space, beautiful terrace, villa has a bit of old charm and good bed and an absolutely gorgeous breakfast. The owner is kind and helped with many special requests. If I was traveling with my kids they would have loved the pool.
