Summary: How do you explain how pure luxury feels. That is how the hotel was from start to finish. Everything smooth from check in to check out. The staff were so polite and welcoming, always a hello or goodbye! What an experience. I have a hotel for life in Hamburg now.

Summary: This is a beautiful hotel- lovely rooms decorated with sophistication and high ceilings. Service was impeccable also in the Brasserie and Petit Tortue restaurants. Well situated for shopping and seeing the city.

Summary: This hotel is very cozy, yet quite cool. Lots of dining and bar options. Area around is convenient for waking and shopping. The room we had was great. Super high ceiling, very modern and comfy. Comfortable bedding. I’d stay here again.
