It is a newly constructed, air conditioned, modern 1200 sq ft vacation rental. Located on a second story. Large bed room with king size bed. Attached balcony, overlooking the river. One bathroom with double vanity, shower/jacuzzi tub. Open kitchen/living room. The kitchen has new appliances. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, dish washer, double sink with garbage disposal, microwave oven over gas range, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils, pots, pans, ect. Dinning table. Living room with couch and love seat, 52' flat screen tv with premium cable channels. . 2 twin beds in alcove.Large out door patio/deck off of livingroom. Dinning table, gas BBQ grill, seating. We are centrally located in Gardiner, on a dead end street, behind the school with play ground Walking distance to all amenities. Restaurants, bars, grocery store, shops and the park. Great views of the park and river from our decks. Fall asleep to the sound of the river.

Summary: Our stay was great, Marie was very friendly and accommodating, we really loved the coffee cake upon arrival! Her place would be 5 stars if you didn’t have to climb stairs but we knew that ahead of time.

Summary: Would have stayed for a month because everything was just what we needed. Great location. Clean, well-equipped, quiet and a good space with front deck with grill. Back deck looking over the Yellowstone River. Heard coyotes at night and bull elk bugling during the day. Would recommend and would stay again.

Summary: Had a very enjoyable three night stay. The property is well equipped, clean and makes a great base for trips into Yellowstone. Also well located for Gardiners amenities. The property is accurately described and well maintained. Was great to meet the host and enjoyed the cake she made for us.

Summary: We stayed at Tortilla Flats for 4 days and had a great time. Marie was a great host, welcoming us in person and a delicious brown sugar cake upon our arrival. The apartment is located in Gardiner, right at the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The place was clean; kitchen was fully equipped for basic cooking and meal preparations. Convenient walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tour companies. In addition to exploring different areas of Yellowstone, we did water rafting on Yellowstone River and went ziplining during our stay.

Summary: We have stayed at this property in the past and it is the perfect size for this year's party of three. Very close to all the facilities we needed and entrance to the park. Cooked breakfast and dinner a few days and also enjoyed Marie's coffee cake she made for our arrival! Met and had a very nice talk with Marie on our last morning. Would highly recommend this beautiful unit to anyone.

Summary: As a retired couple from Southern Utah, my husband and I wanted a short getaway from the summer desert heat. Tortilla Flats was absolutely perfect for us. We are frequent visitors to the Yellowstone area so the location was ideal. Marie was wonderful. She communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed. She made us a delicious coffee cake and had it waiting for us when we arrived. Jim was so nice as well. Tortilla Flats has plenty of space, a full kitchen, a master bedroom, large bathroom, and satellite TV. From the back deck, we could watch the rafts go down the Yellowstone River. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Our stay was wonderful, and after staying for two weeks, we did not want to leave.
