Positive: It is a very well-thought-out concept – three meals a day, a private beach, a large free parking area, show programms, and more. We were very satisfied and had a great rest. However, I have a few suggestions for the hotel management. For example, the ventilation system should be improved. Also, the amount of food and desserts is excessive and even gets wasted. I think it would be more effective to reduce the quantity a little and improve the quality.

Negative: I didn’t like that there is always a bad smell When entering and leaving the restaurant with food ( could it be that this unpleasant smell is due to the proximity or the location of the baths near the restaurant??). Where we went to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and sit outside is not very pleasant with the bad smell, and not being able to sit down to eat inside because we had to book or pay to eat inside with air conditioning.

Positive: Facilities of pool and surrounding area. Lots of kid friendly activities, such as the aqua park, picnic area in the woods, beach.

Negative: Hidden costs that are not obvious upon booking. Like for example Paying 5euro a day to sit inside the main restaurant. An extra 96 euro for services (not sure for what) Check in is very clunky and slow. A shame that tbere were no quiet peaceful outside areas without any loud music.
