Negative: They charged me 2.50euro per day of taxes which had already been paid when I booked. I found it was taking advantage of people!!

Positive: Liked the pool and beach side bar and the Aperols Spritz’s were brilliant. Staff were fantastic, friendly, accommodating and really looked after us. Silvia in Reception was particularly brilliant and helped with local taxis and transfers. We were the only English residents that we were aware of and they worked hard to make sure we were welcome and looked after. The shuttle bus service into Terracina was super handy and great value, it enabled us to enjoy this small but beautiful seaside town as the hotel is some way outside the town centre. Terracina was lively but not overly busy and had a great selection of bars and restaurants. There was a nice family friendly vibe and we were able to enjoy a number of great meals / evenings out.

Negative: Hotel restaurant was not great for dealing with allergies (gluten free). Rooms were a little basic and looked as though they hadn’t been updated in a while, but clean, functional and had great sea views.

Summary: Great value hotel if a little basic with brilliant friendly staff who were super helpful.

Positive: Staff was very friendly! The location is excellent, with many amenities nearby. It's great to have a private beach for you and your family. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent as well!

Negative: The sound insulation and acoustics of the room could be improved. We could hear people walking in the room above us, as well as the beach party happening outside. Fortunately, this wasn't a major issue for us, but the hotel could benefit from investing in better acoustics for the rooms.

Summary: Great stay! Room could use some updating but overall a very pleasant experience and would recommend!

Positive: Loved the view, bike hire was very useful, staff were great, room was clean and overall we had a lovely stay. An older fashioned style hotel but very much in keeping with the rest of the areas architecture and era, while being comfortable and clean. Made a change from the cookie cutter hotels we often end up in.

Positive: Very kind and accommodating staff. Room was very clean but tiny. RIGHT on a beautiful beach, plus a lovely pool. Beach was spotless, peaceful, and lovely. Plentiful breakfast, though the quality could have been better. Safe, free on-site parking. A short drive from several other interesting beach towns too. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for getting away from the overcrowded tourist towns.

Negative: Room was very small, even for just two of us. As others have said, 16 euro for the beach access with 2 loungers and umbrella, on top of room cost, was too much and should be included. However, the beach was spotless, peaceful, and lovely. You need a swim cap for the pool, which most tourists don't travel with, and we weren't told ahead of time. I had to fight the front desk who wanted to charge me 3 euro for it, but they ended up giving it to me for free, which I appreciated. It's a quiet town, not too much else around, which suited us well. We had a car and drove to the more lively town of Sperlunga for a romantic dinner on the water.

Summary: Not the best value for the price but it's RIGHT on a pristine beach, which makes up for it.
