Positive: The design of the room, the rooftop is awesome, free alcoholic beverages, location was great - just a couple of minutes walk to the main piazza/shopping street. The staff was also very helpful and was so nice to talk with.

Positive: In a beautiful, quiet street in the old city. Attractively converted - an old tower on four floors with an enclosed terrace at the top. Room was attractive and well designed with good facilities. The staff were friendly and most helpful.

Positive: The staff was extremely helpful and communicative. From making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to giving us recommendations, they provided it all. The rooms were really clean and such a bonus for Italy is that the showers were big! Amazing location. Great AC. Highly recommend I will definitely be back.

Negative: The parking situation can be a little stressful but the staff there is SO helpful that it makes it completely ok. We went during the Palio so it was overwhelming with the road closures and amount of people in general, but they said that other times it’s usually really easy.
