Summary: Not worth the price. You charge $350+ per night, where in terms of amenities you make a 3ft deep pool and a tiny gym. Bad collections were very limited. On top of all these, you have to charge for petty things, like, 5$ to server cold breakfast in takeaway bag in the room, 10$ for a microwave in the room. Even the cheap motels do not charge for such things, and this hotel is doing so after charging more than 350$ per night

Summary: The staff were amazing, welcoming and very attentive, specially Reginia, who handled my check-in process, exaplained me everything I needed to know and offered me a complimentary breakfast and access to the M Lounge due to my birthday.

Summary: Great hotel! We really had no complaint’s but giving this a 4/5 star just because literally the only minor complaint we had was the thermostat in the room. Not sure if it was broken or something but it was hard to regulate the temperature. Either too cold or too hot etc
