Positive: Perfect for enjoying the sea view and observing nature. It was a quiet and quite private location.
Negative: Some type of alarm went off in the building next to the gate when going to the toilet in the night.

Positive: It is very basic, but it is really nice. The view is great and the place itself looks cute. With a good weather, it is kind of a dream place to stay. If you want to stay in the beach, then this is the place - you have your stay not near, but actually in the beach. It is clean and looks cute.
Negative: Since there is a kettle, maybe some water (bottle or carafe, doesn't matter) would be nice. And also some cups. And since the toilet and shower are public, it would be somehow way more comfort, if it would be possible to lock the doors from inside (at the moment the locks are not working).
Summary: Basic, but great place.

Positive: The location was amazing. Bed was so cosy and there was a minifridge.
Negative: People came behind the door to ask us about water depth, they thought it was a captains house since there are no signs about this being airbnb.
