Negative: Poor communication re extras needed on arrival like towels … as the reception was shut most of the time we had to go shopping for towels !

Negative: Reception staff very rude. The entrance ramp to the house recognizes only Dutch license plates. If you are not Dutch, you must pay a deposit for the card in the amount of €50 in order to be able to drive to the apartment. Also, you have to pay a deposit for the apartment in the amount of €150, which was returned to me only after 10 days. I stopped by the reception a couple of times to solve the problem with the plate system, I never got a positive answer. I will never stay there again.

Negative: Hidden costs could have been a bit clearer. Also late check in was including on booking.com but property did not know about this.
