Summary: Didn’t like the check-in process with no staff and available and having to use WhatsApp to communicate. Upon check-in our air conditioning unit was not working during a heat wave. We were told to wait it out. We waited eight hours and it never kicked in. We were offered another room, but it would only be available for a portion of our stay. After several hours we decided to call Expedia to book another hotel. Expedia called the owner of Toploft. The room he previously offered was now available for the duration of our entire trip plus it had functioning AC. At 11 PM we had to pack up our belongings and move across the street to another unit. Extremely inconvenient. If you’re a tourist, this isn’t the property for you because the area is a far distance from main tourist locations.

Summary: Nobody was at the reception and there was a Problem not being able to finalize the check in (neither online, machine downstairs nor indoor machine). There was a WhatsApp for contacting but nobody answered. Called to an emergency contact number from the hotel and they finally could assist me, but lost 1h15 in the process. Room is confortable and It is modern.

Summary: Immaculate conditions, the hotel and room was exceptionally clean. The facilities were incredible, very advanced technology I was able to operate the doors through my phone. The check in and check out was also done by phone. Lots of amenities for food and drinks in the lobby even when we checked in late. Would happily stay there again.

Summary: Great bathroom and shower. Room service was daily and amazing. Very clean and made our stay as convenient as possible. I was even able to do my laundry while I was there.
