Positive: The place has great view, but there is a very steep hill and the villa has 3 floors, the kitchen is in the second floor but separate from the rooms- you should take that into consideration. The cleaness was ok. But above all, May is the best host we have ever had. She is amazing helped us a lot and changed our experience for the best.

Positive: The home extremely clean and well cared for with beautiful views and amenities. It was so unique and loved how it was built into the cliffs. Being on top of the hillside, we had a cool breeze minimizing the need to use air conditioners and enjoy fresh cool air. Also loved the fact that each room had air conditioners as well when needed! The host was AMAZING and even arranged for a private chef which was great for our group. The are extremely hospitable and kind and went above and beyond to make our stay so lovely. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Negative: Not much we didn’t like. Everything was perfect during this stay!

Positive: This villa is huge and it was either just built or just renovated because it looks brand new, I think we may have been the first guests in the house. The house is literally built on top of boulders on the side of a hill and has amazing views of the ocean and rest of the island. The bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor and the living room, terrace, and pool is on the 3rd floor. Being on the terrace feels like you’re on top of the world because you have 180 degree views of the island and you’re basically on top of a cliff. There are other houses on the hill but the terrace and pool is completely private which is nice. The house is a 3 minute scooter ride from the beach and the pier where the ferries arrive. We walked to the beach once and it wasn’t too bad. The last bit of the road getting up to the villa is steep, we didn’t have a problem but if you’re not a good scooter rider you might have to park and walk the last 100 ft. There are plenty of restaurants in the area but it’s not as lively as Sairee beach. Overall 10/10 if you want a new huge house with views and convenience to the ferry/downtown.

Positive: The villa was very comfortable and peaceful. I really loved the view from the little patio/gazebo with the reclining chairs. The infinite pool was right on the cliff side so I got to snap the awesome views and get my instagram fix. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen looked brand new - nothing felt worn or outdated. Hosts were also super nice, spoke English quite fluently, and it didn't feel like we were bothering them at all (as it sometimes goes with other hosts). They even helped us book a snorkel tour which was really fun. They had an entire booklet of recommended activities, hikes, and restaurants which was also really helpful. It even had emergency contact information, should we need help. It was nice to get away from the louder areas like Sairee Beach but the villa still felt close enough - I think it was an 8 minute scooter ride away from Sairee but there was plenty of stuff do in Mae Haad. We walked over to the beach and this cute little mango smoothie stand at the end of one of the roads. All in all, it was a nice place to relax and get away from it all.

Negative: Nothing really stood out to me that I didn't like. Overall, two thumbs up - would definitely recommend.
