Positive: Bed was comfortable.
Negative: Website inferred that there was a family style restaurant and bar, so I had expected I could eat supper there. It was not open so I had to go elsewhere to find a meal. Breakfast was served but I opted not to participate as I didn't find the room all that clean and was hesitant to try to restaurant.
Summary: Decent bed so decent night's sleep

Positive: Top Notch felt like a nice get away from the big city. Our room had an old big tv, 80s style furniture and very nice sliding doors towards the inside garden. It is not by any means old, more like “retro”. Same goes for the dining area or the Top Notch Restaurant. It is a separate building with a great staff who, you can tell, has been working there for years and enjoys what they do. Definitely coming back if they are still open next time we come this way!
Negative: The only complaint we had was the smell of the couch, other than that it was a perfect stay.
Summary: Great Motel for its price, takes you back into 90s with its atmosphere.

Positive: Great convenient location with plenty of parking. The room was much larger than we were expecting with a sliding door onto a back patio (with its own BBQ) that was decently private, and at the very end of the row. Most guests appeared to use the front to enjoy the sun. The tub was very deep and the gentleman on staff went out of his way to find a tub stopper for us. The linen was fresh and everything was clean. There was a king size bed, which I loved!
Negative: This is only a personal preference due to what works well with my arthritis, but while we loved the size of the bed, we actually did not enjoy how soft it was. For me it was much too soft and didn't provide the proper support that I found I needed. Our bed at home is very firm, which I hated at first, but realized didn't hurt so much when I woke up. Anyways, this is just a personal preference but the general public would love the softness.
Summary: Well worth the price and we will stay here again.
