Positive: The bedding was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the general maintenance was in good condition. The hot water was plentiful enough for a good soak in the tub and my husbands shower. Perhaps a bigger TV based on the size of the room would be nice as well

Negative: op Notch Hotel is an older property. There definitely can be improvements made by updating. The not keeping heat on in the rooms, I understand is a cost saving factor but in Winter, Perhaps at a level would be better. I found the room cold and took time to heat up which we went out so that was ok. My point that should be looked at is there should definitely be a doormat. You step in with snow covered boots and there is no mat. The boot tray is off to the side which does not help as you have to walk to it to bring it to the door. Since our door had the toilet directly to the left, we had snow and wet areas to deal with. Leaving a mop in the room with the broom can help with these situations.

Positive: Staff was very helpful and friendly -- the owner stayed up late to accommodate our late arrival. The restaurant was so cozy and wonderful; the server was amazing and knew everyone's name!

Negative: No complaints at all.

Positive: I loved the fact you opened the back doors and it was having a backyard where you could sit and look at the trees and the stars. The rooms were very clean and Dan the staff member we dealt with was friendly, and responsive.

Positive: The breakfast was good.

Negative: The toilet in the motel was extremely low. My husband who has mobility issues fell when trying to get up from the toilet, requiring a call to paramedics and transport to the Emergency Room at the hospital.
