Positive: The apartment was beautiful! Very roomy for our family! The apartment complex was in nice extra area close to beach! The kids liked being close to pool and walking distance to beach. They also enjoyed the kayaks. Just wished we had brought some fishing polls. Just wished would could have stayed longer but we were only their for my daughter's wedding, which was a beautiful day for all of us. They also offered a late check out which was really nice. I would stay again! The only part was it was on 3 third floor so a lot of walking lol. .

Negative: I can't say anything bad about this place. There is a quiet time which wasn't to bad, just trying to keep teenagers quiet between those hours lol, but they did good.

Positive: The view of the sound was wonderful. The unit was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We will return!

Negative: 3 sets of stairs but the view was worth it

Positive: View and close proximity to inlet. Plenty of dishes and modern appliances. Quiet. Serene and pretty decor. Nice chairs on porch. Pool access. Great master bedroom mattress. Liked swing outside. Clean and well manicured outside environment. Multiple texts to check on me on arrival and during my stayfrom Vacasa.

Negative: Did not see overflow parking area. Liked being on top but lot of steps to climb to load and unload. Several roaches in process of dying in master bedroom. One live roach on kitchen counter. A bit of a walk to the beach. A rinsing hose would be nice.
