Positive: Top Deck did not disappoint! The property was spotless, beautifully presented, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, cafés and shops. Barney, the property manager, was exceptional. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His communication was excellent, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable

Positive: Really spacious and comfortable. Great beds, well appointed and so close to both the beach and the brilliant Main Street of Sawtell. Barney (our host) was very responsive and answered all queries within minutes.
