Positive: The Villa is quite colorful and filled with interesting art and flora throughout the property. It is very spacious and has some lovely views looking out across the Sibuyan Sea with Sibuyan Island visible in the distance. The hosts, Toni and Bob, were very friendly and interesting folks who made you feel welcome in their home.

Negative: The mattress in the family room was a bit too firm, and the pillow was too thin, but it may be fine for others.

Positive: It’s the first time I’ve ever walked into a stay and been more impressed by how it was in person than in photos. Toni and Bob have a beautiful house that they’ve opened up. I love animals so I had fun seeing the geese and rooster in the garden and the cats and dogs. I have really bad cat allergies but they didn’t act up at all. The house is very open and in a calm spot away from everything. They took us to a local cold spring that they recommended and I truly wish we could’ve stayed longer. I might actually plan a trip again just to get to visit here again! Their food was so good too and we ate way too much haha

Positive: It was really great to be a guest of Toni and Bob. They are very kind and hospitable. They asked if we had any requests. One of the most interesting thing was a birthday Toni's brother in the other town, where we were invited. Another pros, it's a very close to the sea and it's a clean shore. Before we stayed at Toni's house, we had traveled a lot and were tired of traveling. We wanted a peaceful and calm place. And this house was exactly what we wanted.

Negative: 7-eleven is far from the house, you should use bike for achieving it.

Positive: This is a little hidden gem. I loved staying here so much that I extended my stay. It is very quiet around the area. Little convenience stores but that's it and the property is right on the beach. It's a pebble beach but I was in the water anyway and it was too hot to lay in the sun. I spent a great deal of time in the garden areas where there were plenty of shady spots. The food was amazing and plentiful, I haven't eaten so well in ages. The house is large so you are able to feel like you have private time out of your room. The hosts are so lovely, very helpful and friendly and I felt like I'd known them for years. I really want to go back some time soon.

Negative: There's really nothing I can complain about. It exceeded my expectations and I enjoyed my time here.
