Negative: Parking at the rear of the property is tight for a medium sized car and if much larger would have been extremely difficult/more than one vehicle!!!!

Positive: Great house for a stay in Amble and exploring the area. Bus stop seconds away (regular service to Alnwick/Warkworth/Ashington/Alnmouth...station and town), and car parking space available. Seconds from High Street, and a great pub {Wellwood) almost next door. 6-7 minutes' walk to the harbour area, and lots of interesting shops/pubs/cafes around. House had conservatory and a wee garden with table and chairs....we were lucky to be there during heatwave, and for Mauretania Day at the harbour. We'd definitely book this place again if going back to Amble

Negative: Took five minutes to figure out how to get round the back of the house to collect the key on arrival, but all part of the fun!

Positive: Location was handy for shops, pubs and habour and the house was quite spacious and kept very clean. Off road parking was a plus but down a narrow back lane (would be a little easier if the bushes were cleared) Well priced, would definitely stay again.

Negative: To be properly dog friendly, i would like to have some hallway runners throughout downstairs and a higher fence at the back.

Positive: Location was very good to use as a base for exploring bird watching sites in Northumberland, local amenities easily accessible, a Co-op virtually opposite also take-aways and restaurants close by.

Negative: Parking was a bit of a faff, but was secure and reserved.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will certainly place Tomeg at the top of our list next time we visit.

Positive: The property was lovely and spacious, we enjoyed sitting out in the conservatory. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable and the whole house was very clean. The house is close to both the Main Street and shops and only a short walk from the harbour
