Positive: The property is new so its in great condition and very spacious. The 4 queen rooms suited our family of 4 couples, which isn't always easy to find. We didnt get to spend much time in the home as we were booked into a murder mystery dinner at Kryal Castle, so cant comment a lot about facilities. It suited our needs.

Negative: Being a new property, it was a little lacking in kitchen/pantry supplies. We had to buy salt, cooking oil, sauce etc. whereas usually in a holiday home, there are plenty of left over or stocked pantry items. There also isn't a BBQ, but we managed ok and used the kitchen to cook our big breakfast.

Summary: Lovely, new holiday home in convenient location just outside city centre.
