Positive: Lovely period property, plenty of room. Wonderful garden and grounds. Loved the conservatory with such stunning views.Great location. Owner very responsive to any questions.

Negative: Only issue it was difficult to walk into Rye with buggies as no pavements to the property along the main road.

Summary: Great for a group and children . Would recommend this property.

Positive: Great house in fantastic location. The open fire was lovely and essential...see below.

Negative: The heating system is awful. Great when it was working but hard to regulate so quite cold at times.
