Positive: - The apartment is located near metro station (about 5 minutes walk). - There are convenient stores and restaurants near the apartment. - Clear instructions were sent on how to check-in and access the apartment.

Negative: - Bed sheets were not clean. It was full of hairs. - Beds were too soft. - The paper on the traditional sliding door, which connected to the small garden, was torn. And it became very bright in the room after sunrise. Need some maintenance on that. - There are stains of laundry powder at the top part of the washing machine tub.

Positive: Very spacious for a family of 4. Very convenient location with restaurants, fast food, convenience stores, coin laundry, supermarket and subway station all within a few minutes walk. You can even walk to Shinjuku Station in approx 20 minutes. Self check-in was very easy. The owner was very responsive to our needs and there was even cooking oil provided, in addition to other necessities. The shower and bath was excellent, beds are comfortable too. The washing machine was also very efficient.

Negative: The master room could have had its own heater as it was noticeably colder than the other rooms due to the layout.

Summary: Marvellous location and great place. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay there!
