Positive: Large sized room, enough for two adults and two kids. Clean and wide including a kitchen and washing machine. Host was very kind and patient with getting us to the right hotel location and gaining access to the building and room. Very close to Dotonbori and Namba, which was fantastic as we could go multiple times for street food and just getting lost in the crowds.

Negative: It would be better to have clear walking instructions from the train station to the hotel. We went in a different direction after Google sent us 10 mins in the other direction lugging 2 suitcases and trolleys. Had to take a taxi back to the actual location. Its next to Gracery Hotel and the closest exit is 32. Its a solid 20 mins walk so don't let Google fool you into thinking its only 6 mins.

Summary: Nice place for walking to Dotonbori.
