Positive: It’s super nice house, great space and Convenient! Wonderful host, helpful!
Negative: It’s too humid. The floor was always wet. Water cumulated on the surface of each room, especially washroom. And beddings are humid too.

Positive: The apartment/farm-house is vey spacious and the cooling system was excellent. It had good facilities, in a quiet, private location among sunflower fields. It is only a few minutes drive into Todi. There is even a vegetable patch available for guests to use! Luca is a very friendly host.
Negative: Nothing really….probably the gravel road to the property was a bit rough. But that’s to be expected in a rural setting.
Summary: Spacious and comfortable stay in a rural setting, close to Todi.
