Positive: Breakfast was not included, but the host showed me around the town and pointed out 3 -4 great places for breakfast.

Negative: Given the price and the value, nothing could have been better. The host took great care and pride in presenting a spotless and organized apartment with everything I needed at my fingertips.

Summary: The hospitality provided will no doubt have me returning here on my next visit to Florianopolis.
