Positive: Our stay at Tivoli Lodge was a great experience. The value of the rental was especially nice since we stayed during the off season (Skiing/snow). The room was spacious and clean. the overall lodge facility was top notch. Everything was clean. The staff was nice and helpful for finding dinner options. We have recommended staying here already for our family. We plan to stay here when we are in the Vail, CO area.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was great.

Positive: The property was very pretty & in a good location.
Negative: The staff was disappointing. When we tried to check out the complimentary e-bikes, we were told that some were checked out and others needed repair. Come to find out that wasn’t true and they simply weren’t keeping them charged. Additionally, the hot tub was not working properly. Service is subpar for what you pay.

Negative: Breakfast was no better than a best western and you had to pay a lot for it. Valet parking was supposed to be in garage but car sat outside both days and charged same as garage.
Summary: Excellect hotel and very much Vail, but wish they had a full sit down restaurant on site.
