Positive: The most mind blowing view you can imagine!! It’s unreal and so peaceful! I was initially skeptical since booking.com had very few reviews but this was beyond every expectation ever. The food is fabulous. Very well accommodating for vegetarians too. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful. The fact that it’s all inclusive for food, beverages and excursions makes it that much better. We were there for 2 nights. I wish we had 3 nights since the first day we only reached at dinner time. But I can’t imagine there’s much to do beyond those few days there. Just admire the view and unwind. 10/10 would recommend and revisit!!

Negative: Bumpy roads to the property but they’re working on it to get better. You almost question yourself on the way to the property because there’s nothing around it. Plus it’s not a short drive from the Puno train station and definitely a longer drive from Juliaca airport. But all is worth it once you’re on the property.

Positive: This is probably one of my favorite hotels I have ever been to. The staff is always here to help and are very professional and well trained. The hotel and amenities are really beautiful and the location could not be better as the hotel is right on lake titicaca facing isla taquile. The food was good and all the little additional attentions were appreciated (5pm service with delicious cocktails or wines to be enjoyed near a brasero outside or inside, after dinner tea service, welcome drinks…they were too many to list !)

Negative: i loved everything but maybe would recommend setting up a spa in the hotel.
